Job Description

In this role, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating a comprehensive integrity program for our high-value assets and protective frameworks. Charged with upholding engineering standards that meet regulatory and industry codes, you will maintain meticulous documentation for regulated equipment. Your technical acumen will guide equipment repairs and modifications, ensuring rigorous compliance with diverse engineering requirements. As a key technical contact, you will address regulatory issues related to equipment design and facilitate the ongoing enhancement of critical asset management strategies. You will also spearhead the development and deployment of inspection protocols, analyze inspection data to assess equipment conditions, and recommend impactful improvements. Working in tandem with Operations and Maintenance teams, you'll troubleshoot failures, craft maintenance methodologies, and lead efforts in Root Cause Analysis to sustain optimal equipment performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining plant safety through effective process safety management and adherence to life-saving protocols, while also collaborating with engineering teams to drive process and reliability enhancements.
