Position Summary :
An Engineer who uses experience to perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all aspects of engineering design for large and complex projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledgeable in the design of mechanical systems including heating, ventilation, cooling, exhaust, and specialty systems for commercial and public buildings Knowledgeable in the design of plumbing systems including gas, potable water, sanitary, sewer, fire suppression, and specialty systems for commercial and public buildings. Undertakes a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard engineering techniques for small projects or selected segments of a larger project. Relies on experience and judgement for design, development, implementation, and analysis of engineering designs and systems. Produces high quality, accurate, and consistent drawings. Collects and prepares data/information and performs engineering calculations. Develops technical specifications and data sheets. Performs construction administration, drawing review, and response to RFI's. Assists in field work. Available to travel, as needed, dependent upon specific project assignments. 15% of time reserved for travel. K2

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Science from an ABET accredited college or university. 5+ years experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Revit proficiency, required.
