Job Description

Job Description Summary We are looking for a collaborative Problem-Solver to serve as the critical link between our tooling suppliers and our internal production teams. In this role, your "customers" are the manufacturing and procurement stakeholders who rely on you to anticipate supply chain bottlenecks and resolve technical roadblocks before they impact production. You aren't just ordering tools; you are identifying creative solutions to keep our operations running smoothly.

          Demand & Supply Alignment:
Work closely with the operations team to forecast tooling needs and identify supply chain risks early. You will offer alternative solutions and contingency plans when standard paths are blocked.
            Process Improvement Advocate:
Listen to the feedback from the shop floor and procurement teams to identify "pain points." Propose and implement systemic changes that make the tooling procurement process faster, more transparent, and more user-friendly.
            Qualifications:
            • Bachelor's degree in engineering field or High School/GED Diploma and 4 years of experience supporting Manufacturing Operations
