Job Description

Condustrial, Inc. is seeking skilled and motivated individuals for multiple openings at a Crane fabrication shop in Greenville, South Carolina . Competitive pay, steady hours, and opportunities for growth. We're looking for someone dependable, steady, and team-oriented—someone who shows up ready to work and takes ownership of their part in the finished product.

Pay Range:
$22-$27 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional overtime as needed to complete projects Duties Fabricate overhead crane systems and structural steel components Cut, fit, and weld steel with accuracy and consistency Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Operate fabrication equipment including saws, drills, ironworker, grinders, wire wheels, squares, hand tools, and other tools as required by the job Perform welding processes including FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, and GTAW Assist with layout, assembly, and final fit-up Prep and paint large finished projects Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized Work collaboratively with the team to complete jobs efficiently and correctly Share ideas, improvements, and solutions—forward thinking is encouraged and respected Qualifications Experience fabricating and welding structural steel and/or overhead crane systems Welding Certification is a plus The ability to produce clean, accurate work and take responsibility for it Strong cutting, fitting, and welding skills across common shop processes Ability to read drawings, plan your work, and execute without constant direction Comfortable working as part of a crew where timing, communication, and fit matter Willing to help where needed to keep jobs moving and finished correctly Electrical controls experience is a plus, but not required Reliable, detail-minded, and consistent in how you work day in and day out #IND2
Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
