- B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (F.E.) examination
- Certified by the State of Texas as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines
- Ability to work well on a team
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of and experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of building codes
- Previous experience in a MEP consulting environment
- Previous experience designing MEP systems for schools
- Experience in the design of HVAC systems, temperature controls, central plant design, and indoor air quality, as well as other mechanical systems for commercial buildings
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Mechanical Designers and Mechanical Interns as assigned Position.
Travel Occasional:
primarily to and from job sites and/or client meetings.
