full-time Field Engineer - Industrial Construction About the Opportunity A growing industrial construction contractor is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to support mission critical, warehousing, and industrial projects. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys being in the field, working closely with project management and construction teams, and helping move projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, technically minded, comfortable working in remote environments, and able to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their construction career while gaining exposure to complex industrial projects. What You'll Do Support the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial construction projects from start through closeout. Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects moving efficiently. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and other project documentation for accuracy and constructability. Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, material tracking, and other project documentation. Monitor field progress and help ensure work is being completed according to plans, specifications, schedule, and quality expectations. Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting. What We're Looking For 2-5+ years of experience in construction, engineering, project coordination, or a related field. Experience in industrial, energy, oil & gas, commercial, or infrastructure construction strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, but relevant experience will be considered. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
