- Design, develop, and improve complex stamping tooling for progressive and transfer die applications
- Manage tooling projects from initial concept and design through production launch
- Troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues to ensure optimal production performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives on new and existing tooling to reduce downtime and scrap Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in stamping tooling design for progressive and transfer dies
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software preferred Additional Information
