Travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
QualificationsDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Packaging Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.2+ years of experience in packaging machinery, automation, capital equipment, or industrial equipment.
Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and supplier coordination.
Ability to use AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Inventor, or SolidWorks.
Previous experience working in food manufacturing or food processing facilities preferred.
Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of industrial controls/automation.
Strong project management, communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills.
Willingness to travel.
