This position is focused on maintaining and updating existing piping drawings rather than engineering new piping systems from the ground up. The ideal candidate has strong AutoCAD experience, can read and navigate P&IDs, has experience with piping drawings or isometrics, and is comfortable performing field walkdowns to verify existing conditions and incorporate changes into drawings. Responsibilities Create, revise, and maintain drawings using AutoCAD Update existing drawings based on redlines, field changes, and engineering markups Support piping drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and system drawings Perform field walkdowns to verify existing conditions and gather information for drawing updates Prepare and maintain as-built drawings Review existing drawings and documentation for accuracy Maintain organized drawing files, revisions, and engineering records Coordinate with engineers, designers, inspectors, and field personnel Assist with document and data management as needed Qualifications 4+ years of CAD drafting/design experience Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Experience creating or updating technical/engineering drawings Experience with redlines and as-built drawings Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and/or piping drawings Comfortable performing field walkdowns and documenting existing conditions Strong attention to detail and drawing/document organization skills Ability to work onsite in an industrial environment Preferred Experience Piping, mechanical, or process-related drafting experience Experience with piping isometrics Refinery, oil & gas, chemical, energy, manufacturing, utility, or other industrial facility experience AutoCAD Plant 3D or CADWorx experience Engineering document management or drawing-control system experience OpenText experience is a plus, but not required Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
