No Summary of Primary Responsibilities:
Mechanical Drafting duties: Have sufficient knowledge of piping systems to be able to draw P&IDs, plans, sections and details & create design task drawings under the direction of a designer or engineer.
Electrical/Instrument Drafter duties:
Have sufficient knowledge of electrical systems to be able to draw one-lines, loops, plans, sections and details & create design task drawings under the direction of a designer or engineer.
General duties include:
Revise drawings from red-lines and Change notices (CNs) for various disciplines, Research & mark-up other affected drawings. Create change notices. Create new baseline drawings. Work independently. Develop design drawings for various disciplines from engineering specifications & sketches. Perform field work and prepare field sketches. Manage & maintain drawings & documents in the SPR document management system Prepare daily & weekly reports to reflect work status

Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
High school diploma / GED and 5 years or Associate / Vo. Tech. degree in Drafting with min. 3 years of Auto Cad experience in the oil & petrochemical industry. Drafter should have experience in the current releases of Auto Cad, both 2D & 3D Experience with
Excel DESIRED:
Experience with SAP Document Mgt. system, SharePoint
