Piping Designer III

PTS Advance is looking for a local Piping Designer for a long term contract in Billings, Montana. Refinery experience highly desired Start date: May 4th Pay rate $58-$61 hr, DOE Work schedule:5 days a week - 10 hours a day to start. No per diem TWIC card required

Responsibilities:

Creating and revising Piping drawings throughout the design and MOC processes Assembling Piping design packages that will be utilized for construction purposes Providing design assistance throughout all phases of projects Tracking and reporting progress for current and future Piping Projects

Job Requirements:

5+years of experience in Piping Design role or worked in a similar capacity in a previous role In depth kledge of Piping standards, methods, and practices Experience with utilizing 3D modeling and point cloud workflows Must be able to work safely in an office and refinery environment Must be able to perform field walk downs Must be able to work both individually and on a team Strongmunication and interpersonal skills AAS Degree or 2+ years of equivalent craft / designer work Software/Hardware Qualifications required: AutoCAD (or equivalent) CADWorx Plant (or equivalent) Basicputer/PC skills Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred software skills: Leica CloudWorx (or equivalent) Navisworks AutoCAD P3D Falcon SAP Leica
