PRODUCTION DRAFTER Salary:
$65,000/year Direct Hire / Full-Time Are you an experienced AutoCAD Drafter who enjoys turning creative concepts into precise, buildable drawings? We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Drafter to join our team and create the technical drawings that bring retail signage, store fixtures, custom millwork, and architectural décor to life. What You'll Do Create detailed AutoCAD shop and production drawings Develop drawings from architectural elevations, renderings, and site surveys Draft for retail signage, millwork, cabinetry, store fixtures, and décor Work closely with production managers, engineers, and project leads Identify and resolve drawing, design, and manufacturability issues Maintain accurate technical documentation Manage multiple projects while meeting production deadlines What We're Looking For AutoCAD certification in mechanical, architectural, or engineering drafting — required Associate or Bachelor's degree in drafting, architecture, or a related field preferred Experience with retail millwork, cabinetry, construction drawings, or production drafting is a plus Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Why This Role?
