To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: Associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Drafting, Drafting Design, Electronics and Electrical/Mechanical Technology required. Bachelor's Degree with engineering technology related disciplines preferred.Drafter I:
0-2 years of experience with associate's degreeDrafter II:
2+ years of experience with associate's otherwise four (4) plus years related experience. Basic understanding of industry drafting standards (ANSI) Responsible for adhering to product Drafting Standards and Procedures Understand the application of basic Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Experience with CAD software preferred. Ability to technically communicate with Designers and Engineers.WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily office-based with regular interaction in a shop/lab environment supporting equipment diagnostics and validation. Exposure to mechanical and electrical equipment, including moving machinery and powered vehicles. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Fast-paced environment with competing priorities, high customer interaction, and occasional escalations. Minimal travel may be required (training or field support). Standard work schedule may include extended hours, or overtime based on customer demand. Frequent use of computer systems. What Can We Give You? - This team is currently implementing a hybrid work schedule. 3 days onsite and up to 2 days from a home office. #LI-Hybrid Competitive Salary
- The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $25.16/hr.
