We are seeking an experienced HVAC Instructor to join our team and help shape the next generation of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities:

Teach HVAC-R courses using an established curriculum, ensuring students grasp key concepts. Design and facilitate lab experiences with provided tools and real-world scenarios. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and student needs. Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Maintain a positive, engaging, and patient learning environment.

Qualifications:

✅ Minimum 10 years of hands-on HVAC-R experience (teaching experience preferred). ✅ Strong understanding of HVAC-R systems, troubleshooting, and industry best practices. ✅ Ability to create and implement lab-based learning experiences. ✅ Excellent communication skills and patience to support student success. ✅ Comfortable teaching on an as-needed basis (minimum 4 classes per year).
