Full-time Full-time Objective:
Providing injection molding solutions that incorporate integrated automation and peripherals to support customer needs Tasks and Responsibilities -
  • Providing technical product support of ARBURG injection molding machines and robotics and peripherals
  • Working on customers inquiries and preparing specifications and quotations for the customer
  • Ensuring and monitoring a smooth execution of projects from the planning of the order, the development and acceptance of the production cell at ARBURG to its delivery and eventual start-up at the customer's location
  • Choosing suitable suppliers for peripheral equipment required for the implementation of the project
  • Coordinating the internal department teams and external resources for the implementation of the project
  • Providing proof of concept and prototype projects with customers regarding the specific concept options and implementation process
  • Conducting cost and pricing negotiations between Arburg and the customer
  • Preparing project documentation upon completion of project for After Sales Service team
  • Supporting the sales teams in automation and robot sales
  • Benchmarking of suppliers for project pricing and technical capabilities
  • Product and turnkey solution presentations at the customer's location, at ARBURG, or at trade shows and seminars
  • Other duties as assigned
