Job Description
The Role Under the direction of Manager Electrical and Automation - Coil Processing , the Electrical Project and Drives Engineer is responsible for electrical and drives projects related to the coil processing line to include design, start-up, and troubleshooting. Requirements Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Key Result Items Overall design responsibility of PLC and HMI Systems and Hardware for Coil Processing Lines. Selection (sizing) of Drives and other components such as transformers, Line Reactors, contactors, braking resistors, etc. Power and torque calculations for Drive systems. Sizing power cables and control wires, fuses, circuit breakers, etc.
