ElyoniX is recruiting for two direct-hire NDT Level III opportunities with a leading specialty materials manufacturer.

Available locations:

Clearwater, Florida Tanner/Athens, Alabama - Near Huntsville AL These positions will provide technical leadership for ultrasonic testing operations, including personnel qualification, procedure development, specification review, audits, training, corrective actions, equipment oversight, and daily production support. Primary Responsibilities Lead and administer NDT personnel qualification and certification programs. Review customer and industry specifications and develop NDT procedures. Train and provide technical guidance to NDT personnel. Lead customer, Nadcap, AS9100, and internal audits. Support UT operations through troubleshooting and process improvement. Oversee NDT equipment, calibrations, system checks, and documentation. Work directly with production personnel to resolve quality and inspection issues. Qualifications Qualified or certifiable as an NDT Level III in UT under

SNT-TC-1A, NAS

410, and applicable customer requirements. ASNT Level III UT certification is required for the Tanner/Athens opportunity. At least five years of related NDT experience; the Tanner/Athens role requires six or more years working as a Level III. Experience with NDT procedures, audits, personnel qualifications, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis. Knowledge of ET and certifications in additional NDT methods are preferred.
