Header• Job Summary• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of inspection techniques to evaluate the integrity and safety of materials and components without causing damage. Your expertise will ensure that products meet rigorous quality standards, supporting our commitment to safety, reliability, and excellence across manufacturing and engineering testing environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical quality assurance processes in a fast-paced, innovative setting. Header• Duties• Conduct non-destructive testing using methods such as ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), penetrant testing, and X-ray inspection techniques to assess material integrity. Interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately identify inspection points and understand component specifications. Perform surface mount technology inspections and quality control checks during manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collect, analyze, and document data from inspections using Microsoft Office tools and specialized testing equipment to support quality assurance efforts. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and ASME codes & standards during all testing procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Utilize hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, soldering equipment, and other measurement devices for precise inspections and assembly tasks. Support equipment testing, calibration, and validation activities to guarantee optimal performance of NDT instruments. Header• Experience• Proven experience in non-destructive testing techniques including ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), penetrant testing, and X-ray inspection within an aerospace or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately. Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance practices in a production or engineering setting. Proficiency in using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, Soldering tools, and data collection software for precise measurements and inspections. Knowledge of industry standards such as ASME codes & standards related to NDT procedures is highly desirable. Ability to follow detailed safety protocols while performing complex inspections involving equipment testing and analysis skills. Excellent communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating effectively with team members on quality inspection activities.
