3005085452-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Cargill seeks a Boiler Utility Technician to support reliable steam and utility operations at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate and monitor boilers, compressed air, and related systems, perform routine inspections, and complete preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and safety. You will conduct water treatment testing, document operating data, and respond to equipment alarms and emergencies. Working closely with maintenance and production teams, you'll help drive continuous improvement, support regulatory and environmental compliance, and uphold Cargill's strong culture of safety, integrity, and inclusive teamwork. Responsibilities Operate and monitor boilers, steam, and utility systems to meet plant demand safely and reliably. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on boilers and auxiliary equipment. Conduct water quality testing and adjust treatment systems to protect boiler and piping integrity. Respond to alarms, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support emergency response for utility failures. Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports for operating conditions, outages, and maintenance. Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to optimize system performance. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including LOTO and confined space. Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce energy use.
