By working closely with other maintenance professionals and adhering to industry standards for safety and efficiency, you will help us maintain operational excellence and uphold our commitment to nourishing the global community. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards required for Cargill's varied agricultural and industrial service offerings. Responsibilities Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers and auxiliary boiler equipment. Monitor water levels, pressure readings, fuel consumption and temperatures. Perform routine cleaning, inspection and maintenance on equipment. Record and manage data for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Respond to and troubleshoot operational or safety issues. Assist in the implementation of energy-efficient upgrades and new systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous operation. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. Required Skills In-depth knowledge of boiler systems and mechanical components. Proficiency in operating and repairing high-pressure boilers. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills with a focus on teamwork and safety.
