To be considered for this role you must have an FPI Level II Certification and be FAA Work Eligible . As a Fluorescent Penetrant Inspector with Techmetals, you will

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform Fluorescent Penetrant Inspections (FPI) in accordance with established standards and approved technique cards, utilizing Methods A, B, C, and D. Ensure compliance with ASTM E1417, customer specifications, and all applicable industry standards. Support additional inspection or operational activities outside the NDT scope as needed. Develop and submit technique cards for Level III review and approval. Maintain FPI equipment, materials, and inventory to ensure operational readiness. Accurately document inspection results, including daily process checks and part testing records. Communicate effectively with the Quality Manager regarding any concerns or nonconformances. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient movement of parts through the inspection process. Follow all safety policies and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE). About the
