Hourly Job Summary:

Seeking an

IVVO/FLISR

engineer with an understanding of how power distribution systems are formulated and structured. Responsible for automated field devices (i.e., capacitor banks, protection devices) deployment that include system study, settings development, working with design/field personnel, updating the device database, and getting device into advanced distribution management systems. The person may need to help in assessing advanced metering functionalities and provide technical support to field personnels. Working with automated field databases, monitoring devices, and meter functionality testing

Qualifications:

Hands on experiences with Eaton cooper capacitor bank controller, SEL protection devices, Advanced Distribution Management Systems Team player, communication across engineering/non-engineering organization, solving problems effectively BS in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering (Power Systems background preferred) with 2-3 years of experience Python, SQL coding skills preferred An understanding of how power distribution systems are formulated and structured.
