What You'll Do Estimate and manage heavy civil and underground utility projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Develop budgets and schedules Coordinate crews, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, and materials Track costs, production, and project performance Work closely with field leadership, clients, and project partners Learn to independently manage projects from bid through completion Who They're Looking For Experience in heavy civil, underground utilities, earthwork, excavation, grading, site development, or water/sewer infrastructure is a strong fit. Your title could be Foreman, Superintendent, Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Estimator, Assistant PM, or PM.
