POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Engineer serves as the technical and operational bridge between Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Sales. This position is responsible for coordinating the execution of product line activities throughout the product lifecycle, including product documentation, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), manufacturing support, quality investigations, product launches, and lifecycle management activities. The Product Engineer enables Product Managers to focus on strategic product line ownership, customer engagement, business growth, pricing strategy, and product roadmap execution while ensuring operational excellence within Chandler-manufactured product lines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Documentation & Technical Content Maintain product datasheets and technical specifications Coordinate updates to product documentation Manage document revision control Maintain product records and technical databases Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency Engineering Change Notice (ECN) Management Coordinate Engineering Change Notice (ECN) activities Manage change documentation and approval workflows Track implementation of approved product changes Maintain product configuration control Manufacturing Support Serve as primary liaison between Product Management and Manufacturing Support implementation of new product introductions Coordinate product-related manufacturing activities Track and resolve manufacturing-related product issues Support continuous improvement initiatives Quality & RMA Coordination Coordinate RMA investigations Support root cause analysis activities Track corrective and preventive actions Monitor product quality and reliability trends Support supplier quality investigations as required Product Development & Launch Support Support cross-functional development projects Coordinate launch readiness activities Track project deliverables and implementation activities Assist Product Managers with development execution Technical Sales Support Support Sales and Technical Inside Sales with technical inquiries Participate in customer meetings as required Support product training activities

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline. Electrical Engineering background desired. Electronics troublshooting experience required. 3+ years of engineering, manufacturing, quality, product support, or technical operations experience.
SUCCESS PROFILE A
successful Product Engineer enables Product Managers to operate as strategic leaders of their product lines by assuming ownership of technical execution, documentation management, ECN coordination, manufacturing support, and quality follow-up activities.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
