Silicon Carbide (SiC), Wide Bandgap Power Devices, Product Engineering, NPI, Foundry Management, Reliability, CharacterizationPosition OverviewThe Principal SiC Product Engineer will be a key member of the Wide Bandgap product line further enabling the successful transition of SiC products from realization to stable volume manufacturing. The successful candidate will work as a deeply technical liaison to both internal product and manufacturing teams as well as external SiC foundry and material suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SiC power products
