$200,000 - $250,000 + bonuses + benefits We are recruiting for an experienced Project Development Engineer to join a growing engineering business supporting Data Center Owners in deploying power equipment at pace! You will work closely with Sales, customers, manufacturers and project teams to develop solutions, prepare proposals and estimates, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Our client is a well-established engineering business with a strong reputation in the power and electrical engineering sector. The role offers the opportunity to work across project development, customer engagement, estimating, manufacturing and site activities. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning and development Develop customer solutions, pricing and proposals Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams Support estimating and technical analysis Manage project documentation and handovers Attend factory testing and construction site activities Support energisation, start-up and system testing Manage project changes and customer queries Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required PE certification or equivalent experience 8+ years' solution development experience, including estimating and proposals Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Willingness to travel to project sites
