Onsite Position ## Your Responsibilities As a Product Engineer for Augusta Commercial Products located in Augusta, GA, you will be responsible for vehicle design, utilizing the Product delivery Process (PDP) or Continuous Improvement (CI) on the Compact Utility Tractor product line. In addition, you will:- Be responsible for the design and/or integration of vehicle components
- Improve cost, quality, and product performance
- Provide engineering support for the factory
- Perform investigation, determine root cause, and recommend solutions for field issues VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position ## What Skills You Need
- Strong, demonstrated problem-solving skills
- General understanding of machinery
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross functionally ## What Makes You Stand Out
- Design Experience
- Creo 3D modeling skills, PDM process knowledge
- Experience with Compact Utility Tractors
- Experience using test and work request systems
- Hands on experience with operation and maintenance of farm or construction equipment ## Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
