Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop technical drawings, 3D models, engineering calculations, and performance data to support the sales team.Prepare technical quotations, specifications, and engineering documentation.
Perform engineering calculations, product performance analyses, and technical evaluations.
Support new product development from concept through production.
Utilize CAD software and engineering analysis tools including 3D modeling, FEA, CFD, and CAM.Assist customers with product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Serve as the primary engineering resource for customer inquiries and technical solutions.
Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, and other departments to ensure successful product implementation.
Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive technical support and effective communication.
Lead and participate in engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
