• Have experience and knowledge of electro-mechanical interconnect (separable connectors) product design in Industrial applications.\n \n\n
• Knowledge of mechanical design for injection molded, metal stamping, screw-machined, and die-cast components.\n \n\n
• Knowledge of manufacturing \/ assembly processes.\n \n\n
• Experience with development and testing of prototypes.\n \n\n
• Experience with the formulation of product test procedures.\n \n\n
• CAD software knowledge, preferably NX CAD software experience.\n \n\n
• PLM system experience including engineering change notice and documentation release procedures.\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n\n \n\n
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent.\n \n\n
• 5 years+ experience in the design of electrical or electro-mechanical interconnect products for high power industrial applications.\n \n\n
• Proven knowledge of regulatory standards and processes (NEC, UL\/CSA, IEC).\n \n\n
• Specific experience with Heavy Duty Connector, Circular Connector, DIN Valve product development\n \n\n
• Basic electrical engineering knowledge and electro-mechanical product testing experience.\n\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $110,000
• $130,000 per year.
