Pay Range:
$48-50/hr The RF Integration Engineer will be a key member of the team, assisting with the bring-up, simulation, integration, and validation of innovative antenna and radio designs. This role involves testing wireless/RF subsystem performance against high-quality design metrics, automating test equipment to improve cycle efficiency, and presenting findings to cross-functional teams. Role Responsibilities Assisting with the bring-up, simulation, and validation of RF/antenna designs. Testing wireless/RF subsystem performance against predefined quality metrics. Automating test equipment to enhance test cycle efficiency. Producing test reports and presenting findings. Collaborating with HW/SW Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams. Minimum Qualifications ("Must Have")
Education & Experience:
BSEE (MSEE preferred) with 3+ years of experience in HW product development and testing.
Automation/Software:
Proficiency in Python, C++, MATLAB, and/or LabVIEW.
Lab Experience:
Hands-on experience with microwave/measurement equipment (Network/Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Vector Signal Analyzers/Generators, traffic generators, and wireless sniffers).
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with wireless architectures (radio front ends, antennas, amplifiers, RF switches, filters, couplers from 450-7125 MHz) and wireless networking (path loss/channel models, traffic generation).
Design Tools:
Willingness to learn or prior experience with simulation tools (ADS, CST, HFSS) and schematic/layout tools (e.g., Cadence).
Hardware:
Knowledge of digital/analog electronics and product development lifecycles. Desired Skills & Qualifications ("Nice to Have") Knowledge of wireless technologies (WLAN, BT/BLE, LTE, 5G
FR1, WPAN
). Experience writing test plans and assisting with global certification processes. Experience working with cross-functional groups (Radio Compliance, HW design). Ability to perform component rework (e.g., 0402 SMT) and use soldering stations. Ability to navigate and manipulate ECAD (PCB/Layout) and MCAD (.stp) files.
