Job Requirements Fort Meade, MD Secret Polygraph not specified Mid Level Career (5+ yrs experience) $90,000 - $150,000 Job Description We seek a highly qualified and motivated RF Systems Engineer with expertise in Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) and Spectrum Engineering to support RF environmental requirements and analysis. Key Responsibilities Conduct research and perform evaluation of existing high power RF transmitting systems. Perform analysis of existing and evolving systems to determine the Electromagnetic Environment (EME). Develop EME requirements based on existing databases and analysis. Qualifications BS in Electrical Engineering (RF focus) or Physics with emphasis on E3 Five (5) years of RF/E3 Engineering experience Demonstrated experience in RF system engineering Proficiency in EMI/EMC analysis, testing, and problem investigation Strong knowledge of spectrum and EMI/EMC assessment methodologies Familiarity with MIL-STD-464, MIL-HDBK-235, and other E3 related standards Active SECRET clearance (interim clearance considered) Preferred Skills Effective communication and teamwork capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in DOW RF systems and operations Why Join Us?
