Job Summary Momentum is seeking a Protocol Analyst to support advanced signal analysis and characterization efforts The successful candidate will analyze signal characteristics to determine structure, define parameters, model signal behavior, and evaluate networking and protocol characteristics This role requires strong technical depth in RF systems and SIGINT-related disciplines Primary Responsibilities Analyze RF signals to determine structure, parameters, behavior, and performance characteristics Conduct signal characterization, modeling, and protocol/network analysis Evaluate complex signal environments and identify technical characteristics relevant to mission requirements Support research and development activities involving advanced RF technologies Document analysis results and provide technical findings and recommendations Collaborate with engineering, intelligence, and mission stakeholders Required Qualifications Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Associates degree with 10 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position Strong demonstrated experience with networking and communications protocols Experience performing RF signal analysis and characterization Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills Ability to work with complex and emerging signal technologies Desired Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: COMINT, ELINT, or
