Key ResponsibilitiesPerform RF testing and validation of wireless devices to ensure performance meets design specifications.
Set up and operate RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers).Analyze test data and troubleshoot RF performance issues.
Develop and execute automated and manual test procedures.
Document test results and prepare technical reports.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
QualificationsM.S. in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with a focus on RF/microwave circuits, electromagnetics, or communication systems.
Experience or academic background in RF/mm-wave circuits and measurementHands-on skills with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and test automation1-3+ years of hands-on experience in RF testing, measurement automation, or lab characterization (academic or industry).Proficiency with RF instrumentation such as VNAs, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power sensors, and switch matrices.
Familiarity with mmWave measurement challenges, including calibration, de-embedding, and probe station use.
Knowledge of beamforming arrays, LNAs/PAs, mixers, and PLLs is a plus.
Scripting experience in Python or MATLAB is required; experience with databases or data-management tools is a bonus.
Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
