Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams, you will provide real-time problem-solving to customer challenges and to enhance our products. What you'll do Provides technical support to customers, field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging Etch Gas Delivery hardware. Provide quality remote and on-site escalation support and escalation management. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or software bugs to design engineering/software engineering. Provide software requirements for new features or operation of gas delivery hardware. Work with suppliers to develop and qualify new components. Performs testing and analyzes data for new and existing gas delivery hardware. Creates and updates documentation for field service engineers and customers. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. Who we're looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field, plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in product engineering. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in 3 of the following : electro-mechanical system design and manufacturing; systems engineering and integration; statistical methods for modeling multivariate data sets; statistical process control; vacuum systems; or semiconductors. Must have 1 year of experience working on projects involving fluid mechanics and gas delivery (required). Must have 1 year of experience reading and working from electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams, and interpreting operation manuals Must have 1 year of experience in statistical process control and basic statistical analysis used in production settings Must have 1 year of experience in working with suppliers to source, procure, and perform failure analysis. Must have 1 year of experience in 1 of the following software/programs : CAD; OrCAD; LabView; Matlab; JMP; OpenMP; Fortran; C; C#; Python; CCM+; Fluent; Comsol; Origin; or Maxwell. Experience gained while in graduate school is considered additional experience over the minimum. Must have strong problem solving and decision-making skills and demonstrate expertise in a formal problem-solving methodology Must have strong Presentation Skills

Experience designing, specifying, building, operating, and maintaining semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, or related hardware, tools, and equipment.
