Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and kid-loving Robotics Instructor to join our teaching team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with children, loves tinkering with robotics, and wants to make STEM learning exciting and accessible. You will teach hands-on robotics classes at our workshop using LEGO® SPIKE kits, Scratch programming, introductory Python, and engineering problem-solving methods. Training and curriculum materials are fully provided. ResponsibilitiesInstruction & Classroom Leadership Teach robotics and coding to elementary school students. Lead structured lessons using provided curriculum (LEGO SPIKE Essentials, SPIKE Prime, Scratch, Python, mechanical engineering basics). Guide students through the engineering design process (build → test → iterate). Assist or coach student teams preparing forFIRST LEGO
League competitions. Demonstrate mechanical, sensor, and programming concepts in kid-friendly ways. Operational Duties Set up classroom materials before class; clean up afterwards. Maintain robotics kits, parts, and classroom equipment. Communicate student progress and class updates with the teaching team. QualificationsRequired Enjoy working with kids and helping them succeed Strong communication and classroom-management skills Basic hands-on experience in one of the following: LEGO robotics Scratch or Python Engineering, coding, or maker projects Responsible, punctual, and reliable Able to work after-school hours or weekends Preferred (Not Required) Experience withLEGO SPIKE
