Responsibilities Assist in the setup, calibration, and commissioning of industrial robotic systems, including Fanuc robots and other automation equipment. Support troubleshooting and repair of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, industrial controls, and robotic hardware to minimize downtime. Configure human-machine interface (HMI) systems for effective operator interaction with machinery and robotics. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement lean manufacturing practices and optimize robotic workflows. Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Support the integration of vision inspection systems and distributed control systems to enhance quality control processes. Experience Hands-on experience working with industrial robotic systems, particularly Fanuc or similar brands. Proficiency in robotics programming, including ladder logic (LD), PLC programming, and HMI configuration. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, schematics reading, and troubleshooting PLC systems installation and repair. Familiarity with industrial networks, automation protocols, and industrial equipment troubleshooting. Mechanical aptitude with experience in tooling, machining, blueprint reading, SolidWorks CAD software or equivalent tools preferred. Prior exposure to lean manufacturing principles within an industrial or manufacturing engineering environment. Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced setting.
