Mechatronics and Robotics Technician

Requirements Ability to program (PLCs) , programmable logic controllers , experience with industrial electrician practices, and troubleshooting electrical circuits. Understand how to operate, perform tests on or maintain robotic equipment Use soldering equipment and handtools to install electronic parts and hardware Proficiency in working with schematics, control systems, pneumatics & hydraulics Repair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies Electrical experience with low voltage and high voltage systems Use instruments to test the performance of electromechanical assemblies Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex electrical issues quickly. Responsibilities - Other Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on low voltage and high voltage electrical systems, including industrial electrician tasks. Operate equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, and other field service tools safely within the plant environment. Support technical sales efforts by providing expert insights on machinery capabilities and maintenance needs. Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, maintenance history, and asset management activities. Collaborate with team members to improve system reliability, safety protocols, and operational efficiency through analysis skills and process optimization.
