$32.50/hour 🕒 Contract-to-Hire Opportunity (Direct hire after 3-4 months based on performance and attendance) What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors and material handling equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Read blueprints and electrical schematics Support electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems Manage work orders and maintenance activity through CMMS Track downtime, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory What We're Looking For 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automation environments Experience with conveyors, MHE, or automated systems Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience PLCs and controls Robotics and automation CMMS systems Mechanical/Electrical certifications, degree, or apprenticeship training Work Environment Large automated distribution facility Up to 10,000 steps per shift Lift up to 49 lbs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $42.60/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
