The ideal candidate will have experience operating and programming robotic welding systems while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Responsibilities Operate robotic welding cells to produce high-quality weldments. Set up, program, and troubleshoot robotic welding equipment. Load and unload parts while maintaining production schedules. Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality specifications. Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on robotic welding equipment. Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering drawings. Adjust welding parameters to optimize weld quality and efficiency. Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience with robotic welding systems (Fanuc preferred). Knowledge of MIG welding processes and welding parameters. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus. Preferred Experience 2+ years of robotic welding experience. Robot programming and teach pendant experience.
