This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of our building management systems, focusing primarily on mechanical and robotics technologies. Responsibilities Perform routine and complex maintenance and repairs on various mechanical and robotic systems within JLL managed properties. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC, electrical systems, and other related machinery using sophisticated robotics. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new mechanical solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations. Document and maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and system statuses. Required Skills Proficiency in working with mechanical and robotic systems.
