This position will report to the Survey Manager at the Folsom location. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
Use CAD(D) software to prepare property exhibits, maps, ALTA surveys, map checks, and topographic exhibits. Complete work tasks with quality on time and within budget, as determined by Survey Manager or delegated supervisor. Provide field crews with necessary information for the completion of their assignments. Research property information, interpret maps and deeds necessary for accurate property descriptions. Update supervisor on the status of assigned work on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
High School diploma, or equivalent (preferred) 2-3 years' Land Surveying experience Working knowledge of MS Office and Auto
CAD LSIT
preferred or working towards certification Demonstrated effective written and verbal skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment Pass a pre-employment drug screening Competitive Salary and generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life, disability, 401K, PTO and paid holidays.
