at State of Delaware in Dover, Delaware, United States Job Description Position provides Quality Assurance testing on materials used in the construction of State & Federally funded contracts. Position primarily responsible for sampling & testing of soil & aggregate, bituminous concrete (hot-mix) & in place materials at jobsites throughout the state for conformance to construction plans & specifications. Math is used daily, strong math skills required. The incumbent in this position may be required to lift up to 50lbs & work in inclement weather.
