Support construction staking and layout surveys to ensure project specifications are met precisely on-site. Operate surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS units, and LiDAR systems to gather topographic and boundary data. Conduct utility locating to identify underground utilities and prevent project delays or hazards. Prepare survey sketches, schematics, and CAD drawings Perform data analysis and organize survey information for reports, legal descriptions, and GIS mapping purposes. Assist with ALTA surveys and other boundary investigations to establish property lines and legal descriptions accurately. Requirements Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting survey results accurately.
