A Surveying or Mapping Technician works with surveyors and cartographers to gather data and create maps. Visits sites and records survey measurements and descriptive data. Selects data needed to create maps, including photos, aerial photos and satellite information, and helps produce and update maps that show boundaries or topographical information.

Day to
Day:
Our client is looking for a Distribution Field Technician to join the team! This role is focused on electrical design work for a large utility company. The ideal candidate will collect data and photos for these electrical distribution projects and document their findings. Full training and company vechicle is provided!
Must Haves:
Located in the Arden/Asheville area Ability to use and learn computer systems Have a valid license
Plusses:
Completed bachelor's or associate degree in engineering Any past experience in utilities or engineering
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
