Type:
full-time PLG is hiring experienced local Land Techs and Lease Records/Division Order techs to operate out of our Tulsa office. Must have a solid understanding of Oil and Gas Lease Records, Leasing and Working Interest Acquisitions and good familiarity with drafting leases, assignments, lease purchase reports and related documents. Title experience is definitely a plus. Energy Management graduates are encouraged to apply. They will be responsible for reviewing title, agreements, curative, and other internal data to draft lease documents and related contracts. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of tasks and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The position will be in midtown Tulsa, OK.
MUST LIVE IN TULSA METRO AREA OR ABLE TO COMMUTE TO TULSA 5
days per week. Team working environment. Candidates choose between W2 or 1099 (contract) employment structure after initial probationary period. Minimum Qualifications Associates Degree or at least three (3) years of experience as a Land Tech or Division Order Analyst Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Well organized and flexible Strong interpersonal skills Ability to balance multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Must possess the ability to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, copier, files, telephone, and fax; maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
