We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Land Surveyor Assistant to support a surveying crew in the field. This is an outdoor, hands-on position that requires walking over rough terrain and working in changing weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Hold survey rods and poles for measurements Drive pins, stakes, and markers into the ground Carry and help set up surveying equipment Clear small areas of brush when necessary Assist the surveyor with field measurements and job-site tasks Walk through wooded areas, hills, uneven ground, and rough terrain Follow instructions and maintain safe work practices Help load, unload, and organize equipment

Requirements:

Must be able to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions Must be physically able to walk long distances over hills and uneven terrain Comfortable performing repetitive physical work, including bending, standing, and driving stakes Dependable transportation and a strong attendance record Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team

Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00

PM Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
