Job Description
Position Overview Bullseye Roofing Systems is seeking a dependable and motivated Field Technician to support our production and project management team. This position involves job site inspections, material deliveries, quality control checks, customer communication, and assisting with day-to-day field operations. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, comfortable working outdoors, and able to represent our company professionally with homeowners and subcontractors. Responsibilities Conduct job site inspections before, during, and after projects Take photos and document project progress Deliver materials, permits, and paperwork to job sites as needed Perform quality control checks on completed work Communicate with homeowners regarding project updates Assist project managers with scheduling and site coordination Verify job site cleanliness and safety standards Report project concerns, delays, or damages promptly Maintain accurate records and job documentation Support various field operations as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic knowledge of roofing or construction preferred but not required Experience with smartphones, photos, and mobile apps Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Roofing, construction, or home improvement experience Experience performing inspections or quality control Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
