Qualified candidates should possess the following: Be a self-starter Have a willingness to learn Work well individually and as part of a team Have excellent communication skills Be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen and comprehensive background check Willing to work overtime Must be willing to work in West Texas and New Mexico for extended periods of time. We offer two options for out of town employees. Option A ) $175/day per diem and you provide your own lodging and meals or Option B ) $75/day per diem and we provide 3 meals a day and a private man camp room. We also have work in East Texas that will not include per diem. E.L.S. has been serving our clients for more than 75 years and is continuing to grow.
