ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS
An essential function of this position is the abilty to work in person and physically report to work. 7.5 hours/day
JOB SUMMARY
The Sustainability Specialist supports divisionwide energy conservation and sustainability initiatives that advance PWCS operational goals and program performance. The position provides hands-on assistance to the coordinators of the Energy Systems and Sustainability team, as well as schools and central offices by helping implement energy and sustainability initiatives and supporting school and office participation in divisionwide incentives such as EcoQuest, recycling and composting initiatives, and related engagement efforts. The specialist conducts basic observations, gathers and organizes program data, and helps maintain and distribute resources needed for school and office-based implementation. Through consistent, school-facing support, this role strengthens participation, improves program outcomes, and contributes to continuous improvement of PWCS s energy and sustainability efforts.

Hiring Range:
$32.49 - $52.03/hour ($60,927 - $97,560/year)
