Full-time, onsite Entegee is seeking an Electrical Technician, Propulsion Test to support hands-on aerospace test operations in Mojave, CA. This role will focus on the development, fabrication, modification, integration, and troubleshooting of propulsion avionics test equipment and Hardware-in-the-Loop test setups. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on aerospace electrical, avionics, instrumentation, or test technician with experience supporting flight hardware, wiring harnesses, DAQ systems, test benches, valves, sensors, controllers, and electrical schematics.
Responsibilities:
Assemble electronics for propulsion component development, test, and qualification setups Fabricate electronic hardware, test setups, wiring harnesses, and ground support equipment Build and modify electrical harnesses from engineering schematics and drawings Support Hardware-in-the-Loop test setups for propulsion avionics components Work with DAQ systems, controllers, valves, sensors, test instrumentation, and electronic control panels Maintain, modify, and upgrade propulsion test systems, electronics, instrumentation, and electrical harnesses Calibrate and support instrumentation such as pressure transducers, thermocouples, RTDs, strain gauges, load cells, and accelerometers Maintain calibration records for sensors, data acquisition instrumentation, and test equipment Interpret, modify, and update circuits, harnesses, instrumentation schematics, and related documentation Support integration of electronic test hardware and software with test engineering and technician teams
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of college-level education and/or equivalent work experience 3+ years of relevant aerospace electrical experience Flight hardware assembly, vehicle electrical integration, or test experience Experience with high-pressure valving, solenoids, feedback indications, or similar systems Ability to interpret, create, and modify circuits, harnesses, and instrumentation schematics Familiarity with aerospace electrical standard practices Hands-on experience with DMC tooling, soldering, harness fabrication, circuit fabrication, and D38999 connectors Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work onsite in
Mojave, CA Preferred:
Flight test, aerospace R&D, or aircraft line maintenance avionics experience Fabrication skills with metal and/or composites Experience supporting test benches, test fixtures, instrumentation, DAQ systems, or
HWIL/HIL
environments
